About QGF

The Queensland Games Foundation Ltd Future Stars Grants Scheme is designed to:

• Provide financial assistance to high performing Queensland athletes to help them achieve their goals of representing Australia at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland in 2026 .


• Contribute to the personal and professional development of these athletes


• Promote the Commonwealth Games and its sports through information on this website and through successful grant recipients engaging with the community and sharing some stories of their personal sporting journey.


• Approximately 6 grants of $6,000 each are available each year.
