The challenge and commitment it requires. I love that there are no shortcuts in this sport and to be your best requires years of work, sacrifice and dedication. Running is also my passion and how I stay happy and positive mentally.
Who/what inspires you to achieve your best in sport?
My husband Ryan Gregson is a big reason I am still inspired to this day. My sport has thrown many obstacles my way over the years but having him by my side through the highs and lows makes working hard much easier.
